Last Saturday was a day to remember for a good number of people who have now started their new career within one of the worlds’ largest banking organisations – HSBC.
Y Ltd has been entrusted by the HSBC UK Contact Centre in Swatar to create and manage a campaign aimed at inviting a targeted audience to attend an open day at the centre. Those attending were shown around the building and then given the opportunity to apply and sit for an interview.
If this was successful they were offered a contract on site.
Y Ltd designed a public relations and marketing campaign targeting a specific target audience. This resulted in what was confirmed to be the biggest and most successful recruitment event at the HSBC UK Contact Centre.
Following internal reports about the success achieved, other Centres around Europe showed interest in adopting the same approach.
